How stable & sturdy is the Lillipad?
You'll be pleasantly surprised and impressed. Lillipad's operational load rating is 75 lbs because it is a portable desk, but it's built tougher than most permanent desks. Our desks are Intertek certified and conform to UL962 Standard for small office & home office furnishings, and certified to CSA STD C22.2#68.

Will my legs interfere with the Lillipad crossbars?
Unless you're over 6'7", you will not need to worry about your legs touching the crossbars. During product design, we conducted numerous ergonomic tests to ensure maximum comfort for users of all heights. Whether seated with legs positioned at 90 degrees or fully extended, there is plenty of room for clearance without interference. Our Co-Founders stand tall at 6'4" and 6'6", so you can trust we've got the tall folks covered!
Can the wheels roll on carpet?

This desk is exactly what I needed! I live in a Loft with my wife and we don’t have a lot of room. Being able to collapse and slide the desk under our bed when I am not using it is incredible with our limited space. Set-up and breakdown is 2-4 minutes with dual monitors and moving it into position. I appreciate that it came fully ready to use out of the box, I didn’t have to play legos! It is extremely sturdy and perfect for our space!
I have low back issues and needed a sit/stand desk for WFH. The Lillipad is the perfect solution. I love the motor to automatically adjust the desk height, and the presets make it even easier. I also like the modern design. I especially love that it was developed and made by a small company in Wisconsin. They have responsive and courteous customer service.
I did quite a bit of research before I settled on the Lillipad. I was looking for something that would give me the flexibility to sit on the floor as well as stand. I'm 5'2" so I needed something lower than the "standard" desk height. Although the desk is not supposed to be used below the safety height of 26.5 inches, I currently use it at 11 inches when sitting on the floor, 22.5 inches when sitting in the chair, and 37 inches when standing. The Lillipad moves smoothly between the up and down positions every time I need to adjust it. I would prefer if the presets allowed you to save heights lower than the safety stop, but that's not a huge deal because it's easy to stop at the height I want. I raise or lower my desk at least once a day and have not had any issues with it. I am extremely happy with my purchase - this is exactly what I was looking for!

This works very well in my space. As someone who's taller, it is a little challenging to extend my legs when I'm sitting down, but I also didn't get the largest option, which would allow for more legroom. Overall, it's a great product!
