Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee is simple and easy to understand. Here’s how it works:
1. Start by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Once your return request is confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid UPS return label.
3. You’ll then need to re-pack the desk in its original packaging, attach the return label to the box, and drop the package off at your nearest UPS store (or schedule a pickup).
4. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll promptly refund you the full purchase price of your desk, less the cost of the return shipping label (which is $125).
Important details to keep in mind:
- We’ll need your desk shipped back in its original packaging, so be sure to keep the box + ALL packing materials.
- To be eligible for return, your desk will need to be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear-and-tear or modifications.
- We may request photos/videos of your desk or packaging to confirm your return request.
- Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the date the order was placed.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns for orders from employer-support programs, bulk orders, custom products, or open-box/refurbished items.
