Return Policy

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when receiving the shipment and take photos or videos if possible. Contact Lillipad customer service if a product is damaged during shipping. Save all packaging in case return shipping is necessary.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lillipad experience.  Items to be aware of for the process of returns: 

- Return request must be received by Lillipad within 30 days of delivery.

- After the initial 30-day period, refunds will no longer be available.

- Returns must be received in original condition. items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.

- Be sure to keep all the original packing materials for returns.  Without the original packaging, items can be damaged during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer. 

- Damages beyond the expected wear from light use will incur additional fees to cover repairs or part-replacement.

- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

- If an order received free shipping, the credit will be reduced by an amount equal to the free shipping value.

- Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 15% of the total purchase price. 

- Returns with a receipt will be refunded in the same form as the original payment.

- Returns purchased with a gift receipt will be refunded with a merchandise credit.

- We may ask for pictures or a short video showing the current condition of the product including any damage or defects. This will allow our team to determine the best possible resolution to the situation.

We are unable to accept returns on the following purchases:

- Orders that are part of employer supported programs

- Bulk Orders

- Made-to-order/custom products 

- Open-box or Refurbished items

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@lillipad.com as soon as possible. 

- Once an order has been shipped, canceled orders are subject to shipping and restocking fees per the return policy. 

- If the item has already shipped and we are unable to reroute shipments, you will need to receive the order.  Do not open the package.  We will work with you to coordinate return shipping per our return policy.
