In-Stock Workstations: Orders for available models typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Due to overwhelming demand, we've sold out of select Lillipad workstations once again! The good news? More are on the way!

Preorder Workstations: Select models and finishes are currently available for preorder, with an estimated shipping date of November 30, 2026. Preorders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage ordering early to secure your place in line.

You can find the most up-to-date shipping availability and estimated shipping date directly on each product page. Shipping estimates automatically update based on your selected model, size, and finish.

Order Changes

We strive to ship orders as soon as they are received. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to assist.

After an order ships, it can't be changed or canceled and our standard return policy will apply.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information hasn't updated for over 72 hours and your order appears to be lost, please send us a message and we'll help you resolve the issue.
